Free Shipping on all orders over $75. Items will be shipped within 1- 3 business days after purchase excluding holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNED items
must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains from makeup ,deodorant, perfume, or wear. All products tags must be attached. Please fill out our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside package. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SWIMWEAR! All returns must be sent back to She Stylez Boutique within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for online credit only. Absolutely no refunds will be given. Customer is responsible for providing tracking and is responsible for ensuring delivery; She Stylez will not issue refund for lost items in the mail. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost for return items. There are NO RETURNS ON FINAL SALE ITEMS!
DEFECTIVE items
Any defective items must be reported within 24 hours of your package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Defective items must be sent back to She Stylez Boutique within 10 days of the customer having received the package. All defective items must be returned via USPS Priority Mail. Absolutely no refunds will be given.
EXCHANGES
We are constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. If you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. In addition, we can not put any merchandise on hold. However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a online credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Online Boutique credits expire after 90 days.

*** A $7 restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by customer at the time of deliver or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.
